Tarzana, CA (March 5, 2017) - At about 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, a pedestrian was hit by a car driven by a drunk driver at Clark Street and Yolanda Avenue.
The drunk driver was driving their Honda Civic at double the 25 mph speed limit when they collided with a woman who had stepped out of her car after parking it.
The crash resulted in the Honda being pushed into two other nearby parked cars. The driver was arrested for felony DUI. The woman struck by the car was severely injured. Two passengers in the DUI suspect’s car were also injured, one critically and the other non-life threatening.
