Santa Monica, CA (December 4, 2017) – Around 5:00 am on Monday, there was a crash on the pier, in an area off limits to vehicles.
A boat which acted as a barricade was damaged, and there was an argument between the motorist and the construction workers on the pier.
No one was seriously hurt.
