Los Angeles, CA (July 22, 2018) - Around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, there was a street racing crash between 50th and 51st street involving multiple vehicles.
According to authorities, a white sedan and a BMW were traveling over 90 MPH when the BMW collided with an SUV. The SUV was launched over 150 feet, while the BMW continued on, hitting two more vehicles. The man and a woman inside of the SUV were hospitalized, and the man was pronounced dead later that night. The woman has been treated for head injuries and is expected to survive.
The driver of the BMW has also been hospitalized and is expected to recover. Authorities are still searching for the other driver.
