Highland, CA (July 9, 2017) - At around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday night, three cars crashed at Victoria and Base Line Avenues.
A Kia Sportage and a Ford Expedition were involved in the initial crash. As the occupants were leaving their vehicles, a Lexus crashed into the Kia and the driver fled the scene on foot.
A total of seven people were injured in the collision, five of whom were taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital. Two of the injured were infants.
