Apple Valley, CA (July 30, 2017) - At around 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, Carmine Combs, 57, was headed east on Bear Valley Road in his Chevy Suburban.
Combs collided with a Honda Civic at the intersection of Deep Creek and Bear Valley Roads. Combs was taken by helicopter to a nearby trauma center and was later pronounced dead.
The driver and passenger of the Civic both died at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
