Our client was slowing with the flow of traffic on the freeway when the vehicle behind her failed to slow down and rear-ended her. The impact caused her car to collide with a concrete barrier and overturn. Our client suffered soft tissue injuries as well as scarring to the forehead, scalp, and left hand, wrist, and elbow.
