Our client was driving to work at a Los Angeles hotel where he worked the graveyard shift as a porter. Everything in his life changed in a moment when the driver of an oncoming car fell asleep, crossed over the center line and hit our client head-on. Both cars were totalled in the accident and our client was severly injured and suffered a traumatic brain injury.
