Our client was attending a rock concert at the race track in Fontana.  She  was standing on a raised platform in the VIP area and the stage was overcrowded.  When the promoter announced rapper DMX was coming on stage  there was an additional rush of patrons. People were also jumping up and down and a portion of the stage supports gave way, causing the stage to collapse.

Our client fell and suffered serious and permanent injuries.  She sustained injuries to both her feet, ankles, neck and lower right leg.  She underwent ligamentous reconstruction surgery of the right ankle.

With our construction experts we proved that the stage collapse was caused by poor construction, and over crowding of the stage.  This case settled after mediation for $320,000 for medical expenses and pain and suffering.
