A two-year-old boy was visiting the home of his grandfather. He was there under the care of his father. His mother and father are divorced. The father put his son down to nap and then fell asleep himself. The young boy woke up and walked outside and fell in the pool and drowned. We received the policy limit through the homeowners insurance on behalf of the mother.
