Our client was riding his bicycle on the road in Ventura, CA. A car, being driven by a drunk driver, struck our client from behind. Our client was injured, with the most significant injury being trauma to his brain.
We worked with our client from our Camarillo office. Although, for his comfort and convenience, our staff was able to go to him when necessary to meet with the client.
The driver of the vehicle that hit our client had a maximum policy of $500,000. We fought hard with the insurance company, who did not want to pay the full amount. In the end we settled for the maximum of the policy.
