Fontana, CA (January 3, 2017) - At around 12:40 p.m. on Tuesday, a Nissan Sentra collided with the raised curve of the offramp at Sierra Avenue.

The vehicle flipped into the air and its roof hit the roof of a Honda Pilot traveling north on Sierra Avenue. The Nissan landed on the on-ramp of the 10 Freeway and burst into flames.

The driver of the Nissan, a San Bernardino woman, and two child passengers, as well as the two adults in the Honsa were all injured and taken to the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center by ambulance. Two of the victims sustained major injuries - it is unknown if they were adults or children.
