Peter Steinberg is a memeber of the Los Angeles Triathlon Club (LA Tri Club) and participates every year in the clubs signature event...The Coast 2 Coast Swim Challenge (C2C).  This event is held at the Culver City Plunge with swimmers, regardless of ability, having fun while raising money and awareness.

This event is held to heighten the awareness of the fact that drowning is the number one cause of death in children under the age of 14 in California.  The event raises money to combat this problem on a local level.  100% of the proceeds from C2C go toward providing free swim lessons for under-served children in Los Angeles.

C2C has raised over $40,000 and taught over 1,450 kids from Compton and Soutn LA how to swim and be safe in the water.  Peter is so proud to be a part of the effort to reduce the number of children who drown each year in Los Angeles.  As a personal injury lawyer, handling a case involving the needless death of a child is one of the hardest cases emotionally on the entire firm.
